The problem

Most MSMEs at INR 20Cr+ revenue are still running their finance function the way they did at INR 5Cr: a spreadsheet, a bookkeeper, and a promoter checking the bank balance. Nobody is watching the cash conversion cycle. Nobody is forecasting more than a few weeks out. The MIS, if it exists, is built after the fact, not used to make decisions.

Growth doesn't stop when this happens. It just gets riskier. Revenue climbs while visibility drops, and the business is scaling on top of a finance function that can't tell it, with any confidence, how much cash it will actually have in 90 days.

This isn't a compliance problem. Your CA has that covered. It's a growth-capacity problem: nobody owns the question of whether the business's cash is working as hard as the business itself is.
