Who we work with

We work with privately held, owner-led businesses in a growth phase: profitable, but paying too much for capital, short of working capital, or flying blind on cash. That usually means annual revenue of roughly US$2–25M.

Our Financial Health Review shows which of these is holding you back.

  1. Capital costs too much

Banks say no, cap your limits, or price you high.

  2. Cash is stuck in the business

You are profitable, yet cash is always short.

  3. No clear numbers

Your numbers arrive late, so decisions run on instinct.

How we work

Why Evolv

We do the analysis a bank's credit committee expects, and we place the funding directly through our lender and financier network. Most firms do one or the other.

We diagnose first

We show you every option we considered, and we are open about how we are paid.

We do the work with you

We prepare the file and manage the process, so you are not left working it out alone.

Rigour sized for your business

The analysis a credit committee expects, priced for growing businesses. We work alongside your accountant, not instead of them.

What your Financial Health Review covers

A written report on how lenders see your business, and a call to walk you through it. Free.

  1. Three years of financials

We review your audited financials or tax returns.

  2. Ratio and trend analysis

We show where your numbers are strong and where a lender would push back.

  3. Peer benchmarking

We compare you against two or three real peers.

  4. Credit, debt and cash-flow review

We look at what you owe, what it costs, and how cash moves through the business.

Q-01 What size of business do you work with?

Privately held, owner-led businesses in a growth phase that are profitable, but paying too much for capital, short of working capital, or unclear on their cash. That is roughly US$2–25M in annual revenue. Outside that range we consider each case on its own merits. Start with a Financial Health Review and we will tell you where you stand.

Q-02 Can you help if my bank has said no?

Yes. That is what the Fix stage is for. We find what the bank objected to, whether that is reporting gaps, the working-capital cycle, debt structure or documentation, fix it, and prepare your credit file the way a credit committee reads it.

Q-03 How does your fee work?

It depends on the stage. The Financial Health Review is free. Fixing your credit file is a fixed project fee. Funding is success-linked. Ongoing finance support is a monthly retainer. Exact terms are discussed after your Financial Health Review, once we know the scope.

Q-04 What happens after I submit the review form?

We review what you have shared, usually within 24 hours, then build your report and set up a call to walk you through it.

Q-05 What information do you need to start?

Just the basics to start: your approximate revenue, whether you have an existing facility, and a short description of your situation. The review itself uses three years of your audited financials or tax returns, which we will ask for once we have spoken.
