This page explains what happens to the information you share with Evolv Ventures, whether through the Financial Health Review form, by email, or by phone/WhatsApp.

What we collect

When you submit a Financial Health Review request, we collect what you enter: your name, company name, email, phone number, approximate annual revenue range, what you're looking for, whether you have an existing credit facility, and anything you choose to add in the notes field. We deliberately do not ask for financial statements, PAN/GST numbers, or bank details through this form — that happens later, directly, once we've spoken.

How we use it

Information you share is used for one purpose: to prepare for and conduct your Financial Health Review call, and any advisory engagement that may follow if you choose to proceed.

  • We do not share your information with lenders, investors, or any third party without your explicit consent.
  • We do not use your information for marketing, or add you to any mailing list, without asking first.
  • Only Jatan Vyas and the Evolv Ventures team members reviewing your submission have access to it.
  • If a later stage of engagement requires deeper documents — financial statements, GST filings, and so on — we'll ask for those securely once we've spoken with you, not through the website.

How we store it

Form submissions are stored on Evolv Ventures' own systems and are not sold or rented to any third party.
